2025 Canadian Box Showcase: VALD Combine Results

The Toronto Rock Sports Medicine & Wellness Centre participated in this year’s Canadian Box Showcase held at the Toronto Rock Athletic Centre , where we organized the Player Combine.

As part of our contribution to this well-attended lacrosse event, we partnered with VALD Performance to offer showcase participants the chance to assess key areas of their athletic performance using VALD’s specialized testing technology. Widely used by top-tier teams across professional leagues—including the English Premier League, Rugby Union, NBA, MLS, NFL, NCAA, MLB, AFL, and A-League—VALD’s systems provide objective data on strength, power, limb symmetry, and neuromuscular function, allowing teams to track and monitor performance over time.
