Located within the state-of-the-art Toronto Rock Athletic Centre (TRAC), we are a multidisciplinary clinic dedicated to providing comprehensive care for athletes and active individuals of all ages and abilities. Our team offers services including sports medicine, physiotherapy, osteopathy, and concussion management, all aimed at optimizing performance and well-being.
Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and organized Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our clinic. This role is crucial in ensuring seamless patient experience and efficient clinic management. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about supporting a team committed to excellence in patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Leadership: Supervise and support front desk staff, ensuring efficient scheduling, patient intake, and billing processes.
Patient Relations: Serve as a point of contact for patient inquiries, addressing concerns and ensuring satisfaction.
Financial Management: Oversee billing, insurance verification, and financial reporting to maintain clinic revenue streams.
Compliance & Documentation: Ensure adherence to health regulations, advertising standards and maintain accurate patient records in compliance with privacy standards.
Facility Coordination: Manage clinic supplies, equipment maintenance, and liaise with vendors to ensure smooth operations.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with clinical staff to coordinate patient care and support clinic initiatives.
Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of 2 years in an office management or administrative role, preferably within a healthcare or physiotherapy setting.
Skills: Strong organizational, communication, and leadership abilities. Proficiency in medical billing software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Knowledge: Familiarity with insurance processes and healthcare compliance regulations.
Personal Attributes: Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Work Hours:
Clinic Hours: Weekdays 9:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Schedule: Work hours will vary within clinic hours, totaling 37.5 hours per week. Some evening and weekend availability may be required.
