Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Duties:

    • Greet and assist patients and visitors, ensuring a welcoming environment.

    • Schedule and manage client appointments, maintaining the master schedule.

    • Handle patient inquiries, both in-person and over the phone, providing information about clinic policies and procedures.

    • Manage electronic medical records, including inputting provider schedules and scanning documents.

    • Process payments, reconcile third-party billings, and maintain accurate financial records.

    • Assist with inventory management of clinic supplies and products.

    • Support daily opening and closing procedures, including maintaining cleanliness and organization of the clinic.

  • Athletic Therapy Duties:

    • Provide on-field emergency care and injury assessment for athletes during TRAC Athletics events and practices.

    • Develop and implement individualized rehabilitation programs for musculoskeletal injuries.

    • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.

    • Educate patients on injury prevention and wellness strategies.

    • Maintain accurate and confidential patient records in compliance with clinic policies.

Qualifications:

  • Certified Athletic Therapist (CAT(C)) in good standing with the Canadian Athletic Therapists Association (CATA).

  • Previous experience in a multidisciplinary clinical setting is an asset.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficiency in electronic medical record systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required.
